Bundle of 3 - Mini Collector Figures (Series 4)

This never actually arrived with me. It somehow got redelivered to them (despite previous shipments to this exact address). Since then their customer service and communication have been as poor and utterly lacking. Not impressed. They still have my money and I don't have the product. They need to do better.

We were sent Firestar and Leafstar from Season 1 instead of Bluestar and Darkstripe, and it took weeks to hear back about resolving the issue. It was only fixed after I challenged the sale through PayPal, and still only very slowly. Very disappointing for my daughter who was supposed to have them for Christmas!

My grand daughter loves them. She collects Warrior Cat items and plushies.
