Sapphire Ti Compass

Just received this great-looking compass. I'm expecting it to be really strudy as its components, sapphire crystal and Ti frame, suggest. I expect, given its larger size, not to be easily (permanently) misaligned by magnetic fields from other gadgets (e.g., cell phones, flashlights, etc.). Time will tell... and if I can further edit this post, I'll try to report back on its performance.

Don't expect a leather pouch

I have no complaint with the compass itself. But don't expect a leather pouch as shown in the video based on the initial Generation 1 compass. I would have given a higher rating except for the knife taco the compass was shoved into. And the sequence of unsatisfying emails saying "it was being looked into" only to have the final email say, "this is what it comes with". Very disappointed with CountyComm. Very different than prior interactions.
