This was a Christmas gift. Loved it. We ate at Trejo’s Tacos in California and would’ve purchased this there but it was sold out. Made the El Diablo eggs for a New Years Eve party… they were a big hit.

Love the book. Love the backstories.

I now have both of his cookbooks. I absolutely love them. He breaks everything down for you. Even the most beginner cook can make these recipes. He even lets you know where you can find some of the ingredients.
