Tie Guan Yin - Loose Leaf Tea

Just great.

I don’t drink a lot of oolong tea - generally prefer black teas, but this is the exception. It is so nice to drink at any time of day - particularly as you can add water to the cup (with the leaves in the bottom) and carry on drinking over a couple of hours with the flavour going on and on. I first encountered it when living in China and dining from time to time at a particular hotel where this was almost the “house” tea.

Great tea, drinking everyday
