Crescent size difference

Ordered black crescent in preemie so our guy wasn’t swallowed in his outfit for his fresh 48 photos while we were still in the hospital (he was 6 lbs 0.3 oz). The crescent ones do fit a little smaller than the front zip little sleepies. We have both styles. We do wish the neck line was more stretchy. It is tight to get it over his head and there is not much give/stretch in that area.
