The best customer service EVER!

This was my first set of gemstones purchased from The Bead Gallery and I am extremely pleased. First, their customer service was absolutely STELLAR! My family tried to visit the store when we were on vacation but ran out of time trying to see everything in Oahu. Interestingly, my husband had to go there for work and he was nice enough to go there for me. I emailed the staff prior to his arrival to get information of their location, store hours, etc. The staff were so helpful with him finding all the items on my wishlist. Second, the gemstones themselves were so vibrant and the colors went so well together. Third, their prices are reasonable. All in all, this little bead shop is well worth the visit if you are in Oahu but they also provide the same STELLAR service online. If I ever get the chance to visit Oahu again, I would visit their store and I would recommend the same to anyone who enjoys beading to make them on your list of stops while there.
