Way too large

Was excited to wear this bracelet but it’s way too large! I asked them if there was a way to take off a link or two but haven’t gotten a response. I’m going to have to return this.

Ive had some before. Two of them. I knew they work and l love them. Im hoping that the co. Had dolved the problem with the clasp. It had a lifespan of about 6 years and then the bracelets started falling off. I took one to a jeweler. It was fixed for about a month. Fell off and I lost it. Im happy to try again. Pat
