Balance, all is balance. Balance is good if you enjoy it, but I prefer a darker roast as I expected. It certainly is a good roast and Otus shows how much emphasis they put on quality but alas it is not the roast for me. Not to the fault of Otus, but me a mere man seeking grandeur at the expense of his wallet
