Lost crystal

I loved the neckless and pendant and it arrived super quick so very happy with that but sadly the crystal fell out of the neckless holder and is now lost, I’m sure this is just unfortunate and doesn’t happens often hence why I still gave 5 stars ⭐️ (happy to forward photos)
