Beta LED Nail Lamp - White

Disappointed

I bought the Beta lamp, and I couldn’t use it. It’s factory defective. I contacted support, they asked me for a video of the lamp, and the solution was to refund my money. They didn’t offer me any other option, like sending me a new lamp, for example. I always dreamed of having my Apres lamp, and just when I can finally buy it, it’s damaged and there’s no solution.

Flex Lite

I order this light during the “Vault” sale. I received the Flex Lite, in the middle of me preparing to put on my gel X set, the first time using the Flex lite, it did not work. I reached out to customer service, they asked for a video of the Flex Lite not working. They informed me the Flex Lite was not in stock no more and proceeded me with a refund. I’ve been wanting the Flex Lite for a white now and for me to order it and it not work, I was very disappointed. Hopefully a better version will be created.

Good but won’t buy again

My lamp only lasted me 1 year and 3 months before it died. Nothing I did would bring it back to life. I have another brand’s light that I’ve had for over 3 years and it works perfectly. I won’t buy this light again.. not worth the money
