Works well on hooded eyelids

Does not transfer on hooded eyelids! It does dissipate a bit after a full day, but there is no smudging or raccoon eyes involved - it just sort of disappears a bit. This works as well (if not better) than any other liquid liner I've tried.

I really like this eyeliner, stays on all day, problem, this last one I received started leaking really bad. As I opened it all the ink splashed out. Other than that its my favorite.

Love the waterproof eyeliner…..just wish there was consistency in this specific product. At times it’s amazing, & other times like this last order, it didn’t seem as “fresh” as my previous orders. 🙂‍↕️🌻
