Disappointed

My first experience with Foco has been as bad as it gets. I ordered a Christmas gift on Dec 9 and paid 15$ for shipping just to have it “lost in transit” before it got to the post office. I would not have known this if I didn’t contact customer care this past Friday Dec 19. On Monday Dec 22, I was told the package would arrive prior to Christmas by both customer care and the projected delivery date, but here I am writing this review empty handed on Christmas morning.

I am unable to comment, due to it being a Christmas present. Other than that my grandson was very happy receiving it.

Lot easier to build than the helmet

This was a lot easier to build than the helmet. It is really cute and will be part of our little Christmas valley.
