A 1 only because there isn’t a zero! Complete lack of communication/reply when not delivered.

This was not received on time. I reordered the larger version (through Amazon) because FOCO didn’t follow through on this delivery. It was an important Christmas gift, and I tried to contact FOCO numerous times about the failed delivery before ordering it again in the larger size (since they didn’t have the smaller one available) through Amazon. FOCO’s lack of communication, reply and delivery were incredibly upsetting, and I won’t be ordering from you again after this experience.

Disappointed

My first experience with Foco has been as bad as it gets. I ordered a Christmas gift on Dec 9 and paid 15$ for shipping just to have it “lost in transit” before it got to the post office. I would not have known this if I didn’t contact customer care this past Friday Dec 19. On Monday Dec 22, I was told the package would arrive prior to Christmas by both customer care and the projected delivery date, but here I am writing this review empty handed on Christmas morning.

I am unable to comment, due to it being a Christmas present. Other than that my grandson was very happy receiving it.
