The reason I give it one star is the product itself is OK, not plastic but definitely nothing special. I paid close to $500 for a spray down hose and sprayer and then when it arrived to my house the delivery guy collected another $175 of additional fees so I paid close to $700 for this hose down tap ,,,, Building a 2024 Mercedes sprinter all wheel drive using lots of very nice products that I didn’t feel were a rip off I will never ever use TITAN DIYKITS again What a rip off 👎
