Defective parts

It’s a good ride on car but the front light bar was missing the lense and the remote control would go forward and reverse but would not steer. I will be calling customer service to see if we can get these issues fixed.

2 broken jeeps

We purchased 2 jeeps. Both arrived broken. Different issues. We bought for a Dec birthday. Had to wait for replacement parts and missed the birthday. Now the replacement parts are the wrong and Neither jeep is fixed . First the birthday was ruined, now Christmas! Unbelievable!

Birthday ruined by broken jeeps

Jeep arrived broken. We had to wait for replacement parts. Missed her birthday. Now it’s Christmas Eve and we still can’t use it because the wrong replacement parts weren’t sent! So now Christmas is also ruined!
