I had to send back a pair of shoes that was to tight. I ordered them a half of size larger and they were still to tight, the customer service was outstanding they paid for return shipping and sent me a new pair another full size larger. The fitting system worked very well. Trying these on for first time they fit great. Truly like wearing a tennis shoe that is breathable and able to shed water. I have recommended these to a few friends that own boats for fishing already.
