Sim Motion has my business forever.
I upgraded from a fanatec GTDD pro, formula v2 wheel, and clubsport v3 pedals to Simagic Alpha Evo Pro, FX Formula wheel, and p1000rs pedals. For the equipment itself, unbelievable. I actually feel like I'm connected to the car for the first time. I can anticipate and catch slides in the Radical SR10, take a Mclaren 720s GT3 hard around the ring and feel like I know what I'm doing, and confidently blast around mid Ohio in a P217 LMP2. But best of all, I can dial in each car individually to truly feel the difference between the direct, unassisted steering of the radical, the heavily assisted powersteering of the gt3, and the aero falloff of the lmp2. This gear is fantastic in every way, and I couldn't be happier (I race in VR so a dash and configurable lights are not a consideration making the fx an even better choice).
But the real recommendation is for Sim Motion as a retailer. First, they had everything I was looking for in stock when others didn't. Second, their pricing and shipping policies made them the best value I could find. And if that wasn't enough, at 6 pm on a Friday evening (east coast USA), my phone rang. It was Darren, the owner of the company, and he told me that he had some questions before he packed everything in the box. I had ordered side mounting brackets for the Pro, and he wanted to know if I actually needed them. After telling him about my rig, he said I didn't, correctly, and that he wanted to take them off my order and refund the price. As we continued to talk he saw that I had also ordered the spring kit for the p1000rs's. "Oh, you don't need this either as they've added that to the box now," and he took that off my bill, too. Who does that? At his instigation, he corrected my order and refunded me for items I had perfectly willingly ordered myself. Even then, we continued to talk gear and potential upgrade paths for about another 1/2 hour. Darren went so far above and beyond to make sure my order was correct, that my questions were answered, and that I was a happy customer. Well, I most decidedly am, and I will buy every single piece of hardware that I might need in the future from them because of this transaction. Simagic gear is amazing. Sim Motion is even better. Don't go anywhere else, just buy from these guys and know they've got your back.
