Mixed Feelings
I love the designs available in the backpacks, but wish the smaller ones had less character designs. I ended up getting the largest backpack for my 2nd grader because it had the pattern they liked best and I wanted to avoid characters that may or may not be loved all year. Unfortunately the first backpack we received was defective and had a fraying strap. The team addressed it quickly and got a new one out to us in time for back to school and it was a very smooth process. While the replacement looked good, it is already exhibiting damage on the zipper after a month of use which has me concerned it’s not going to make it to the end of the year. Really disappointing since it otherwise seemed so sturdy and likely to last us a few years.

Large, lots of room
My daughters folders are barely half the height of the backpack. It’s a great size and lots of room and extra pockets. Great quality so hopefully it lasts her a while!
