Amazing product, top tier customer service
I had originally purchased this bag in July of 2025 for my son. He came home from school one day and I noticed some of the stitching had ripped, so I filled out a warranty form on SM’s website and within a couple of days, I had a brand new one delivered with zero hassle!
Amazing customer service and amazing products, I will always buy SM! Between my kids and I, we have several cups, bags, and lunch boxes!

Great quality! Very functional
My daughter is going into 3rd grade and she loves her backpack. I am hopeful it will last a few years. It’s great quality with many practical pockets. Very thoughtfully made and I’m so happy it is free of PFAS which was one my main priorities!

Best back pack ever
I have a teen age special needs son and have tried way too many backpacks . This is so age appropriate and huge, he has to take extra clothes to school and other supplies, this backpack accommodates everything. This backpack is so durable and looks very expensive . 8 families so far at my son’s school have asked for the site .
