If doing further production runs, it might be worth looking into two piece, slightly larger vent grommets. A few of the ones used were a touch loose. Not a huge deal, as I had some double aught grommets, so I replaced with those. Doesn’t meaningfully change the aesthetic of the cap and they’re considerably more substantial.
