Machine works very well and is easy to use. The shoulder wrap stays in place and doesn’t slip off like an ice pack. Order was placed by phone and the representative was great and extremely helpful.

Excellent Value

For the price, this machine performs really well. It's not quite as good as the multi-thousand dollar machine that my PT uses, but it really hits the sweet spot for price vs performance.
