Kojic Acid + Turmeric Bar

After about 2 weeks of using the bar i noticed a big change in the discoloration of my thighs and cheeks.

my review is for those that are on the fence like i used to be. i discovered shaheen organics from a tiktok video and had to check out the shop. i found the kojic acid and turmeric line which receives a 5 star from me for having multiple options. Another 5 stars is the communication with the owner. I was concerned that the turmeric inside the soap may cause a yellow hue to add to my skin so i messaged to share my concern. I received a well written response that put my worry at ease, and i was given an opportunity to purchase an out-of-stock product but unfortunately i missed the opportunity at my own fault. Despite this, i proceeded to purchased the soap bar and figured i give it a try until the gel was in stock again. For the shipping/package, i have to remove a star and put it at a 4. I am pleased that the shipping time was quick and included a tracker so i can be available when it arrived at my apartment building. The reason for the 4 is the packaging but it has an opportunity to be a 5. i love supporting small and local businesses since my family has our own, so i wish the packaging had a more “wow!” factor. perhaps custom boxes, however it arrived safely in a packaged envelope so it wouldn’t be damaged during commute. Onto the product itself and it’s results which i will give a 5 stars! I should add the disclaimer that i am seeing a dermatologist and beforehand ive been prescribed medicated creams to help with hyperpigmentation. The aroma is wonderful, not overbearing as those in commercial and it becomes a smooth texture when showering. i cut mine into pieces for longevity but to each their own. Here are the results and i am so pleased it assisted in the lightening process. i have extremely sensitive skin due to an autoimmune disorder so i am only able to leave it on for a minute but if i was able to go longer it would’ve brought faster results. i believe that everything is a process and it takes patience so i don’t mind the pace i’m going at. I’m about half way done with my bar and i already know i will be repurchasing before i run out. i’m glad i didn’t miss out on a product that gives results with my consistency!
