Oster 76076-310 Titan 2 Speed Clippers

I love these clippers.

TL;DR: Yes, they are worth it in my opinion. Purchased for self use, not business. These clippers cut effortlessly through my hair, and leave a clean, even length cut across my scalp. They get a bit warm in the hand, which is to be expected. As a kid being taken to a barber shop with clippers like these, i rember the guards feeling warm against my head and neck, which was similar with these. A complaint I have about the manufacturing is the loose tolerances for the guards to be interchanged. At first I thought I had ordered the wrong guard for the clippers because of how much slack was in the mechanism. The base 1 guard works as intended, but 000 (included with the clipper), and the aftermarket 00000 guards (purchased seperately) for this model vibrate/ocelate when used. This does not seem to effect the preformance of the smaller guards, but it is something to be aware of. Tighter tolerances in manufacturing would prevent this, but likely make the price skyrocket. All in all, I would absolutely recommend these clippers to anyone. For contrast, I had a Wahl clipper with plastic grards before this, and I was getting sick of it because the motor hardly had any power; thus it struggled to cut my hair. It felt like it was pulling my hair out rather than cutting it. The plastic guards also fall off constantly mid haircut on the Wahl.
