I roasted the Lazarus Espresso beans medium dark and put a shot in my morning joe. It has a wonderful rich flavor, and helps shake things loose in the morning.

My favorite Resurrection

My go-to-resurrect-me-from-sleep coffee every morning. Nice ability to roast to varying degrees, making for a good mix of medium to dark blend.

Versatile beans

So far so good with a full city/espresso roast in terms of flavor. Not the ideal bean for espresso drink in terms of crema but that's what I'm using it for and will need a little experimentation to get it at its best, but I can tell it would also make a really nice medium roast for pour overs if that is what you are into. The beans do require a little bit of hand sorting but not enough to be concerned about (maybe 10-12 beans in 500 grams) Overall, a great value and worth exploring to see if it suits your tastes.
