Tiny Crystal Oval Urn Ashes Necklace – Silver

Perfect size. Looks classy and discrete. You wouldn’t know it holds ashes. Bought a second one it was the nice.

This is an urn necklace I wanted to put my loved ones ashes in, but the metal is tarnished upon arrival and the video I have uploaded here shows that, which I emailed to the company along with the time I received it and the time it was delivered to me. I’ve had it shipped to the US from the UK and emailed them kindly (since that is the companies only means of communication, no phone number) for an exchange of refund on the defective item they sent me. When no one got back to me, I asked for a refund instead. That was on June 2nd, it is now the 8th. My item was defective which was the companies fault for sending me a tarnished item, and they still have not gotten back to me to return an $80 item that was supposed to be a keepsake! Just don’t buy from them. I’m still grieving and not I’m ALSO grieving $80 dollars lost because of them.
