So kind and helpful, love my earrings!
I had such a great experience ordering from Hoops and Chains! I accidentally put the wrong door number on my order and thought my package never arrived. When I contacted customer service, Scarlett was so kind and helpful going above and beyond to sort everything out, she sent me replacement pairs (twice) without hesitation. I’ve now received them and I absolutely love them. Really good quality and truly amazing customer service — can’t recommend them enough! ❤️

Great Customer service!
I buy all my gold earrings from H&C! I recently purchased the Big Joys & despite loving them … they were too heavy for me. I emailed H&C to ask for an exchange. Scarlett arranged for a pair of Adele earrings to be sent out to me instead. I love them equally! Thanks so much ✨🌼💛
