Woobie good, good woobie :~)

Not super SOFT but this will serve a nice role in the car for extra padding under the shooting mat, a spare campfire blanket, picnicking surface, the list goes on!

My new skin

This is all I wear these days. Maybe an additional patch on a special occasion, but that's about it.

Great Woobie, but I was expecting softer due to the legends.

The Woobie is legendary in the surplus world. How warm, how comforting, and how soft. Now, I can only assume mine is not as soft as I was anticipating, due to the fact that the Woobie I received was brand new. Still had the cardboard tag on the label new. Wouldn't lay flat on my bed due to the folded creases new. So while soft, not as soft as the material on my USMC three season sleeping bag (which the woobie pairs very nicely with). But, with how much I've used this since I've gotten it? I doubt it'll take long to break in and be just as soft as I'm hoping.
