White as you can get “White Wool”

It's so easy to call Julie and get what you need. Remarkably she seems to remember who you are and provides the care, attention and honesty - doesn't just try to sell you. In this order we talked about how it's hard to find a bright white and I trusted her to pick the white for me. She described the wool accurately and while I wish it was brighter, it remains the brightest I've been able to find. Customer Service is outstanding. She makes me feel like I am not just a customer, but also a friend.
