Super comfy slim cut fit! I wear anything from an 11 Boyfriend to a 15 Skinny depending on the cut and how I prefer the fit as an older woman. I went with the 13 and I might have even been able to size down to the 11 and still have had a slim cut fit! These have a high waist like I prefer and for my 5'7" height they are ankle length. They will be super fun with sandals and slip ons. The fringe brings the fun, but if the bottom fringe is too much for you, you can always give it a trim.
