Everything in my order came and was as expected, however, I’m very dissatisfied with the service. I placed my order on 11/22/2023 and never received any update for a month! I Emailed the website and messaged owner on TikTok to check on the status, never received any sort of response or communication. I FINALY received tracking information on Christmas Eve, still no communication but received my package today. I don’t know that I’ll order from the store again due to horrible communication. I understand the holidays are busy and there is a lot going on, but some sort of communication would’ve been appreciated because I was starting to think that I lost $60 and I wasn’t going to get my order. Will be looking at other stores to fulfill my order in the future, which is very sad because this shop owner sparked my interest in this new hobby to begin with…. Thank you.
