I took a chance on the polyester blend and am VERY happy I did. These shorts are about perfect. Very good compression. They don't ride up or slip down during yoga, lifting or running. The pockets are very handy. I'm 5' 8", 32 " waist, 165lbs. I ordered the M and they fit perfectly. I do find them to reveal more anatomy than the ad pictures show. I would highly recommend.
