Product was fine. However there were issues when it came to communication about order completion. I was the one reaching out after each delay in ship time after being told a date. It was quite disappointing given that this was a gift ordered with plenty of time to arrive for specific date. Then it was delayed about another 2 months.

Originally I ordered the Baby Figaro Chain in 16” but it was way too thin and short for what I needed. This is just perfect and my 14K gold cross looks amazing with it.
