I really haven't used it long enough to tell, but there are no negative side affects.

Skeptical, I tried 3 of the supplements on this site. Had great results starting after about 3 weeks. I could tell when I wasn't able to afford it and my skin acted up again or hair growth returned almost to normal for a period when I could afford the vitamins. So it has made a significant difference. I still have stubborn ingrown and thick hairs but not nearly as much as before and the hair is finer that does come back. As far as everything I've tried for this issue, these products have become a daily necessity for me. I truly am grateful for these products.

First off the shopping was very quickly which is so great because I want to start my journey so quickly! I’ve noticed I’m not snacking as much , this paired with their other products works so wellll !!!
