sunbird / flora infused whip

i really love this herb-infused whip and even bought a second one for my parents. for me, it smells naturally sweet and has really calmed my skin. however, when my parents' jar arrived, the texture was completely different than mine. mine is a nice balm/whip hybrid, but theirs feels overly whipped. i also noticed their batch smells strongly like a creamsicle, making me wonder if it was mislabeled. while it won’t stop me from purchasing again, i am a bit disappointed by the inconsistency. i wanted to reach out before reviewing, but unfortunately, i’ve been left hanging by customer service for almost a week now. hoping to hear back soon, as i'd love to avoid any conflict. i truly love sunbird collective and have been a very loyal customer for the past 5-6 months with orders over 100 each time. Everything has been very healing and i hope to be able to continue using their products.
