Customer service was amazing! This was a gift for Christmas and I procrastinated. I received a call as they weren't sure if the USA made one I ordered would be in on time and explained that the other one had the same warranties, it just wasn't made here. I opted to keep the USA made one. Guess what... it arrived the day before Christmas. Underpromise and overdeliver. Great job! I was prepared to wrap up an old cooler for him (one that a squirrel damaged and this one was replacing), but I didn't need to. Great customer service. Thank you!
