I ordered from Dentluxe abroad when I was in another country. Package was lost, then almost two months later found, I tried contacting Dentluxe and no one replied to my email tickets I submitted via their form. They didn’t reach out until I called my credit card company to file a chargeback. Then they had the audacity to accuse me that I was lying about contacting them, despite showing a screenshot of the message I wrote before hitting “submit.” *EYEROLL* The customs agent finally found the package and sent it back, I sent a screenshot of this email exchange and no one replied yet AGAIN from Dentluxe. Their customer service is utterly garbage and I definitely recommend folks to find another supplier.
