Honestly was always skeptical about smelling salts for lifting. Had a buddy at the gym on upper chest day give me a wiff of his Norse and got me pumped. Was able to get a couple extra reps in with the 100lb dumbells. Definetly a keeper for my gym bag

This stuff is potent. Took a good wiff when I first got it and it opened my sinuses wide open. Used it a few times in the gym and itll help you push through that last set, when you're absolutely smoked and fighting to just stay conscious.
