I'm leery of microwaved fish. I intended to eat this one ASAP but it ended up being the last of my 6-meal plan and it still tasted good! However, I broiled it at home because I had time, so I don't know how well it would microwave. The slaw was great. Surprisingly the pickle was the worst element because it seemed to have lost all of its water content and was "flat" for lack of a better term.
