Honey Pecan Crusted Chicken

Very tasty dish, of course the sauce is delicious like all FMP toppings, always love pecan encrusted, the chicken filet is clean and juicy per FMP norm, this dish can feel elevated. Conversely, I like to chop up the chicken and eat it over the crisp, always fresh, green beans and carrot shavings and use the sauce as a dressing - gives southern fried chicken salad vibes without any of the guilt.

This dish was delicious! The honey mustard cup of sauce to pour over the chicken made a huge difference to the flavor. The portions of mashed sweet potatoes and green beans was perfect. Loved the crust on the chicken too!
