Caring Condolences Sympathy Basket

I ordered two of these sympathy basket and what the recipients received wasn’t even remotely close. I paid $360 for two of the same baskets. The recipient received a crate with popcorn, Godiva chocolates and cookies. When I reached out to the company to speak to someone, they refunded $68 which is ridiculous. This is sad as I feel this company takes advantage that most people won’t ask about the contents of a gift basket so know one knows that they are ripping people off. I am not satisfied with the refund. It’s the principle and I want to speak to customer service.
