Delivery was awful. Paid extra to have it delivered the next day. School is out for kids but the office staff is still working. UPS said the business was closed even though it was not. Because the delivery request was for Friday it notified me it would not attempt again until Monday. I went through UPS to ask about a next day delivery with an address change request to the individuals home, UPS said the original sender had to make the request. I reached out to the gift basket store and was told they would not make the change through an email. So I paid extra to have it delivered the next day and it was not. Called UPS and contacted the gift basket store as all instructions told me to, was told by the gift basket store and the strawberries were four days old when delivered, not fresh, presentation was poor and unedible. Very unsatisfied.
