Great quality and shape but there is a room dor improvement in several things :
- the shoulder strap is not padded and painful when carrying a pc
- the buckles are cheap compared to the price of the product when they could put a sing fidlock ,
- the main compartment could use some form of organization
Note : I’m planning to replace the buckle with a fidlock v buckle , and add a padding to the shoulder bag , more money adding like 20$ but worth it for the bag

Seems like a well made product. I have their errant pack from when they originally launched. Really liked that pack and still use it. Just wanted to get something smaller that can fit my 13” Mac and a book. I don’t like that they have Velcro and clips. Velcro is a bit annoying as it’ll make a noise when in a conference room. The closure mechanism should be like on the errant pack. That would be amazing. The carry strap is permanently attached and doesn’t have padding. No padding seems like a really dumb idea. Permanent strap is also probably not a great idea. I got it on sale for thanksgiving. So I don’t have to waste a ton. Seems like other brands have much better options for more money. If this is your only pack, I’d recommend looking at other options.

Wanted to cheer on boundary supply
But this tote was a bit disappointing. I had an older flap open tote that came apart so I purchased this as a replacement. The biggest drawback was the strap, such an essential part of the bag was lacking. It’s not very wide and the material doesn’t seem very durable and it’s scratchy and uncomfortable,I’ve had better straps on cheaper bags. The clip design to keep it closed and the Velcro was an odd combo. Why no magnetic closure? And the clips are supposed to help hold something on the bottom but if you open up the clip it’s going to loosen the whole strap and whatever you have whether a jacket or tripod or water bottle it is going to fall out. It could have also used a smaller organization pocket in the main interior. Disappointing and now it’s changed to a three year warranty…
