I purchased a balboa light pack from Spa Depot one year ago which has been working great. Recently, my old pump failed, and I replaced it with a brand new pump, purchased somewhere else. That brand new pump immediately popped breakers and blew a fuse in the Lite Pack. The place where I purchased that other pump would not answer the phone. Remembering the excellent customer service I received when I purchased the spa pack, I contacted Spa Depot. Amie walked me through a diagnostic to figure out that that pump was faulty. I purchased a second brand new pump at Spa Depot, hooked it up and it worked like a charm. I have received consistent, expert service at Spa Depot. I would give them six stars if it was available!

The pump arrived in less than 24 hrs after I ordered it, that amazed me. Easy to install my cord and fittings connected easily. Just had to rotate output to the side. Runs great.
