Taste was horrible... I wanted to like it but its just brutal. Bitter, acidic , earthy all in the wrong way.

I like the taste somewhat but I don’t like that it coagulates in the water and falls to the bottom of the cup and ends up as a big mess at the end of sipping it, that is one thing I don’t like about it and I don’t know how your supposed to get rid of that, is there something I’m doing wrong here?
