The best green tea ever

Sencha Iri Matcha is very slightly bitter and incredibly refreshing. It is perfect for people who find matcha too strong but do enjoy the taste suggestive of undried young tea leaves. I use half the recommended amount - so about 2 grams per 200 ml of water.
