White Rice

Best White Rice “Replacement” PERIOD

First off, I rarely write reviews… but I feel like I need to share my feelings on this specific product since I love it SO much. I eat the Natural Heaven heart of palm white rice (or one of their “prepared meals” rice dishes) on average 4 or so days per week for lunch. They are SO versatile, filling, low-calorie, easy to prepare and delicious, I really think that anyone could find a use-case for them. Rip off the top, stick it in the microwave for a minute and you got yourself a big-ol’ bag of white rice ready to go… couldn’t be easier. Here’s one of my go-to lunches that’ll easily keep me full until at least dinner: 1 full bag of Natural Heaven white rice, 1 full can of Kirkland tuna, sauce/seasoning of choice (can’t go wrong with some Sriracha and Tajin or Umami seasoning) and a whole “sleeve” of Kirkland seaweed to use as lil’ “sushi wrappers” to scoop up the tuna/rice concoction. Right around 350 calories for 42g of protein. Not to mention incredibly filling, easy to put together, fiber-rich and delicious! I absolutely love most (if not all) Natural Heaven heart of palm products, but will 100% keep coming back for the rice. It seriously feels like a “hack” that no one knows about. So much better than anything cauliflower and MUCH better than other competitors that I’ve tried in the past. Thank you so much!
