I ordered custom wall art and ornaments for two different locations. Sara from the SML team worked with me to figure out the borders of each, providing mockups and input on various options. When I wasn't responsive Sara proactively followed up, and was generally very easy to work with! These make for wonderful gifts and I would happily order again in the future.
