Coffee order review

This is our 2nd order. We decided to get the larger 5lb bags on two of the coffees we really enjoyed, Bannas Foster and Jamacian Me Crazy. Immediately, less than 5 minutes, after placing order I saw a 15% off Mother's Day offer. Contacted company via email and never received a response. We were just wanting to be able to use the discount but never heard back. We are enjoying the Bannas Foster currently. Disappointed in company communication, there also is no telephone number , but enjoying coffee.

I haven’t received my order. Tracking says something happened to it in Baltimore so I don’t know if you guys can help me out on this but I hope so.
