Great machine and service

I love my machine and the awesome customer service! I went into the store to look at a different model but the customer service representative (I wish I had remembered her name) listened to my needs and directed me to the perfect one for me. My only disappointment is that I did not receive the normal items that come with the Special Edition, the cover and the XL extension table. I was told the table was included but it was not. Janome mentions in their website that a $200 bonus is added. I did receive the $200 but WW allows you to spend on anything in the store. I was not aware that it was to cover the other items. I did use it to buy additional feet though! All-in-all, I am perfectly satisfied with the sales service and especially my new sewing machine.
