Great earplugs

I was surprised at how well these stay in my ears by just smooshing them (ie not rolling them into a point). I used to suffer headaches after swimming but these have fixed that. I bought expensive swimming earplugs but they don’t fit properly so…this economical option has been great. They block hearing which doesn’t matter for. The most part as I use them open water so don’t need to hear a coach on the pool deck…

When I bought it, I didn’t know that it wasn’t a common ear blockage, so I’m not comfortable using it.
