Movemate™ Active Standing Board

I am 10 months out from an open bimalleolar ankle fracture. Wound complication delayed my weight bearing status…I was basically no weight for 5 months. After months of PT, I felt like my foot muscles needed more precise movement. That’s when I came across this. I am only using it 5-7 minutes twice a day as I build up both my intrinsic and extrinsic foot muscles. I can actually let go of counter for a bit as I continue to use it. I continue to have high hopes that this will help me get a stronger foot. My surgeon said I will always have a limp most likely and to me that is unacceptable. I am 71 years old and I need to get back on the pickleball court, which I am hoping to try at my year mark which is October. So far so good….check back with me in about 2 months to follow my continued progress…I have great faith in Movemate!!!

I love the feel, and the active movement of the Movemate. I use it with my standing desk or on its own. Very solid construction. I highly recommend this product!

Great product! Well-made! Hooray! I WFH and am at my desk most of the day. Being able to take a meeting and stand and fidget the whole time is pretty terrific. Big thanks to all the folks who’ve uploaded videos of how they use their movemates. I’m picking up some moves.
