Movemate™ Active Standing Board

As a movement professional who has to teach online I am always looking for ways to integrate natural movement at my standing desk! The MoveMate has given me that & more! Fun!

Movemate is wonderful! Though I spend a good part of my day on my feet, I'm not always actively moving. Movemate helps me remember to do that! I'm retired so not in front of a computer all day, but when I am in the house, I love to use it while doing chores--at the kitchen counter (but not using a sharp knife), sorting the mail, paying bills, even reading a good book. I keep it in an active location, so I can't help but step aboard and start moving!

I really love this device, it increases my movement and feels very good on my feet and calves for stretching and flexibility. Increasing core strength as well as just being really fun to use. I got it for work but I want one for home also!
